Beyond Grateful!

I love November and focusing on what I am grateful for. I never thought I would say this since being grateful when in an anxious or depress state is not always easy. I am grateful for my trails. As I have overcome my trails I have gained strength, healing, knowledge, and gratitude. I am grateful I can use my experiences to help others find their own strength, healing, knowledge, and gratitude.

I am extremely blessed with a supportive, loving husband and partner in life. I have 3 talented, funny, smart children. I am grateful for them, their love support and all they teach me.

I am grateful for my temporal blessing. I have a home, clothing, food, running vehicle, and a good paying job.

I am grateful for the support I received from my family as I was getting out of my abusive first marriage. They were all at my parents house to support me the day I moved back home. My parents, grandparents, older sister, and her husband provided food so I could keep my house and pay my utility bills. My siblings spent time with me at my home when I got awarded the house from the courts so I was not alone. I would also get phone calls checking on me since X was still stocking me.

I am grateful for the support I received from friends. I am grateful they spent time with me and would also check on me.

I am grateful I have an amazing counselor who has helped me work through the darkness and see the good in my life.

I am grateful for my knowledge of forgiveness. I am grateful I have forgiven myself and others. I have learned that forgiveness is a process. There are times I forgive myself multiple times for the same things.

I am grateful for continued education and the opportunity to learn and grow daily. I am grateful for books, technology, and others who continue to teach me and my family.

I am grateful for essential oils and modern medicine that support my families health and well being. I know my life has been blessed because of both.

I am grateful sports and physical fitness. I am grateful for the lessons I have learned from playing sports and working out. I am grateful for the opportunity I have to support my children as they play sports. I am also grateful for amazing coaches that volunteer their time to assist youth sports.

I am grateful for those who read my blog. I am grateful for my life, love, laughter, entertainment, nature, family time, and the opportunity to focus on gratitude. I truly am BEYOND GRATEFUL!
