Attitude of Gratitude

As I grow I find myself repeating the circle of trial, depression, humbling myself, gratitude, and growth. This time, I found myself struggling to see my blessings. Then I came across a guided mediation that helped me improve my attitude of gratitude. As I listen to it, I am reminded of how blessed I truly am.

To often we forget about the little things that we are blessed with daily. Our hands, feet, lungs, eyes, health, food, and not just food, but fresh fruits and vegetables.

Coming from place of gratitude rather than lack, pain, and trial makes a difference in how we experience our life. I am so grateful for this realization and the reminder that trials bring growth and that among the trials are blessings more than I can number.

Here is the affirmation that helped me see the blessings I was missing.
